          • Portraits must be scheduled 1 business day (24 hours) in advance for planning

Instructions

Due to COVID 19

Attire

    • Wear professional attire, such as a dark suit unless otherwise instructed to wear your white coat by your department. Dark colors provide good contrast and photograph best

    • White Coat? take a look at what others are wearing on your department site if everyone is wearing their white coat go ahead and do the same. FYI, White coats are hard to photograph, often they are dirty & wrinkled and the white of the coat makes it hard for the camera to deal with skin tones consistently

Directions:

  • Park in the visitor parking just off of Hubbard Drive

  • Enter the main entrance & come up to the second floor

    • If you have trouble getting in the front door please call 734-615-7730 and I will come and let you in

    • There is an elevator once you walk into the building

    • There are also stairs that are located to the left once you walk into the building. You will see a conference room and a café at the bottom of the stairs

  • Once upstairs, immediately turn left (west) and enter suite 2300

  • The portrait studio is located directly behind the reception desk in room 2313

  • Will I get a printed copy of my picture?

    • Portraits are provided to the client digitally using MediaBank at a resolution of 4x5 inches at 300 dpi. If you need your photo printed we suggest using Paragon Displays (ph: 734.665.3686). They are a University preferred vendor, they accept short codes and will deliver in Ann Arbor. You can upload your photo file directly to their website at http://www.paragondisplay.com/ftp-upload/


  • How can I get my picture framed?
