• • Wear professional attire, such as a dark suit unless otherwise instructed to wear your white coat by your department. Dark colors provide good contrast and photograph best

• Park in the visitor parking just off of Hubbard Drive

• Enter the main entrance & come up to the second floor

  • Profiles are filmed  at the  North Campus Administrative Complex (NCAC) Boardroom

  • The Boardroom is located on the 2nd floor, directly across from the elevator

When Will My Faculty Video Profile Be Added To uofmhealth.org profile page?

• • Up to 6 weeks - We tell our clients that it takes around 6 weeks after it was recorded before the video will go on the Michigan Medicine YouTube channel and the UofMhealth.org faculty profile page. It takes time to edit videos and get them through our system. Please check out our Standard Turnaround Time & Rush Policy page

• • At this time the Department of Communications is providing faculty video profiles to Michigan Medicine faculty as a shared service
